The French defender has impressed for Hammers under both Manuel Pellegrini and David Moyes and is on Gunners radar, according to the report.
The report also states that Man United are interested in signing the French centre-back, but at the moment, Gunners are leading the race for his signature as West Ham United are expected to want £60m for the centre-back.
