Premier League giants Arsenal and Manchester City could receive offers from Bristol City for Eddie Nketiah and Zack Steffen.
The Robins are interested in signing two Premier League starlets on loan in the summer transfer window with Eddie Nketiah and Zack Steffen potentially on their way to Ashton Gate, as the Bristol Post reported.
Bristol City have enjoyed some real success with several top-flight loanees in recent seasons. Chelsea starlet Tammy Abraham netted 26 goals during a spell at the club from the Blues back in 2016/17 while Tomas Kalas and Jay DaSilva have impressed under Lee Johnson this campaign.
And The Post understands that Bristol City would be keen to land Eddie Nketiah on a temporary deal from Emirates Stadium if he is deemed not ready to fight for a first-team role at the London club.
The 19-year-old ace famously scored twice on his second appearance for Arsenal in an EFL Cup clash with Norwich City last year, but he has struggled to kick on under new manager despite netting seven times in nine Premier League 2 matches.
Steffen, meanwhile, is an American goalkeeper who was snapped up by Manchester City from Columbus Crew back in December for a fee of around £5.3 million, as the Washington Post has reported.
Bristol City have a good relationship with Pep Guardiola’s team and will be hoping to use this to their advantage with QPR goalkeeper Joe Lumley reported to be lined up as an alternative.
