Man United, Liverpool and Chelsea have regularly contacted Jude Bellingham following a successful debut campaign in Bundesliga. However, Borussia Dortmund have no intention to sell the 18-year-old midfielder anytime soon, even extending his deal until 2025 and doubling his salary.
Bellingham himself is happy in Bundesliga, as he hopes to establish himself as a crucial figure for the BVB that could go a long way in helping him gain a place in next year’s World Cup squad for the Three Lions.
PL trio Chelsea, Liverpool and Man United, though, stay interested in snapping him up much earlier, with the Merseyside club, for one, even weighing up a possible bid of nearly £80m next summer.
It is apparent that the German coach is determined to sign a new midfielder soon, having failed to secure a replacement for Gini Wijnaldum in the summer. The Reds are among the teams interested in the services of Kessie and have even been proposed a rather ambitious swap deal involving Thiago Alcantara.
But England international would certainly represent more quality and, most importantly, potential. At the age of only 18, Jude has already established himself as one of the young leaders in the club squad, which is also why the Red Devils could be looking at him as well.
After failing to sign a new footballer in the summer, Man United stay keen on bringing in a long-term replacement for Nemanja Matic next summer.
