Juventus vice-chairman and former midfielder Pavel Nedved has reportedly been asked by Maurizio Sarri to start working on a £70m deal to sign Chelsea midfielder, N’Golo Kante.
France international star, who has managed to claim the Premier League trophy and the PFA Player of the Year award with Leicester City back in the 2016/17 campaign, has continued to impress at the heart of the Blues midfield since moving to Stamford Bridge and wining another EPL trophy in his debut campaign with the West London club.
The French star worked with Sarri during the Italian’s one-year spell at Stamford Bridge last season and, according to the Daily Mail, Sarri was impressed by the 28-year-old midfielder and keen on to reunite with him at Allianz Stadium.
The newspaper adds that Italian manager believes that adding Kante to a team containing the likes of Aaron Ramsey and Miralem Pjanic would see him form the best midfield in Europe, with a deal for Kante available to be done for around £70m.
France international star has played 146 games for Chelsea so far, founding back of the net nine times and assisting seven others.
Meanwhile, Sarri is also believed to be keen on to lure Jorginho at Allianz Stadium alongside with N’Golo Kante as Italian manager is a huge fan of Brazilian born midfielder with whom he has worked both at Napoli and Chelsea.
