Lucas Moura ‘has agreed’ to move to Manchester United, according to reports.
The 25-year-old is said to open to making the switch to Old Trafford if United and Paris Saint-Germain can agree on a deal.
Despite only playing 72 minutes in the league this season the Brazilian winger is, according to Gazzetta Dello Sport, one of Jose Mourinho’s transfer priorities in January.
United are reportedly keen to secure an initial loan deal for Moura.
However, PSG are holding out on a permanent move for the player – who has two years remaining on his current contract.
PSG, however, are not interested in a temporary deal and have set Lucas’ asking price at €40 million (£35m).
Paris based paper Le Parisien claims Moura’s representatives have informed Liverpool of his availability and are ‘thinking very hard’ about a move to Anfield.
When asked about a potential transfer earlier in the season Moura told UOL Esporte: “I am concentrating on improving my physical performance.
“Whatever the situation with the national team, that is Tite’s decision. I need to concentrate on improving at PSG.
“The season began in a difficult way for me, but my aim is to win back my starting place and the great moments that I had last year.”
