According to the recent reports, Tottenham Hotspur have joined Liverpool and Arsenal in the race to sign a €35m-rated Atalanta star. As the Telegraph claims, the Spurs are ready to rival a host of clubs for the signature of Bryan Cristante.
It is reported that Serie A giants Roma and Juventus are also interested, with the former having already sent representatives to discuss a deal, while Premier League duo won’t abandon the race easily.
Speaking near the end of the January transfer window about reported interest from Serie A leaders, Cristante told Il Corriere della Sera: “I don’t know if Juventus want me. “What I will do next summer depends on the next five months. “I can’t rule out a move to the Premier League. I think it’s a good league for me and my qualities.
“One must always believe in his qualities. I’ve never cared about criticisms, I’ve always listened to my manager. Let’s see what the future has in store for me.”
The central midfielder appeared in 38 matches in all competitions this term, scored 11 goals and made two assists.
