Liverpool in pole position to sign €35m-rated Brazil international

Deco has claimed that many teams are interested in Raphinha. Deco, who represents Brazil international, has claimed that the Merseyside giants have previously made approaches to swoop him away from fellow Leeds United.

The 24-year-old winger joined the Peacocks from Stade Rennais in the summer of 2020 and has since established himself as one of the most eye-catching forwards in the PL. At the same time, Raphinha has also become Leeds United’s talisman, playing a crucial role in a memorable 2020/21 campaign.

The Brazilian attacker has started the new season strongly as well, even though the Peacocks have struggled to get the wins. The South American attacker, though, has managed a decent return of three goals in seven PL games to show for his efforts so far.

Raphinha has made his full debut for the Brazilian national side in this month’s international break and has taken no time to make an impression, with two goals and two assists to show in only three matches so far for the Selecao. And now, his agent Deco has made some interesting claims.

As per Deco, it seems like the Brazilian winger is here to remain at Leeds United for the time being despite the continued interest from the Reds. What now stays to be seen is if the Reds can do anything to turn Raphinha’s head or if he continues to commit his future to the Peacocks.
