Liverpool keep a close tabs on 25-year-old Bundesliga star

Liverpool have retained their interest in Florian Neuhaus. Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder is widely regarded as one of the most gifted players in German football right now, having enjoyed a rapid rise to prominence in recent years.

The Reds have been tracking the progress of Germany international for quite some time now. And it appears they are continuing to keep an eye on the 25-year-old midfielder’s development, with the hopes of possibly wrapping him up in the ongoing summer transfer window.

Formerly of 1860 Munich, Florian is known for his technical brilliance in the middle of the park. Neuhaus has an excellent range of passing and his style of play resembles that of Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos. The German midfielder is capable of finding balls behind the defence while being proficient in set-pieces.

The German’s steady growth, though, has slowed down in recent years. Especially after the exit of Marco Rose, Neuhaus has struggled to maintain consistency and has often been outshone by the likes of Kouadio Kone and Jonas Hofmann. However, Florian’s dip in progress has not deterred the Reds.

The German manager stays a huge admirer of Neuhaus and believes he has what it takes to shine at Liverpool, especially as the Merseyside giants look to undergo a major overhaul in the middle of the park. The Reds are in desperate need of some fresh blood and that is where Florian could prove to be a valuable addition.
