The Merseyside giants are likely to send centre-forward Rhian Brewster out on loan again if they manage to add Timo Werner from RB Leipzig this summer. Germany international has been in fine form this campaign scoring 27 goals in 36 games for the German club.
Reds have emerged as favourites to add Timo from his current employers and reportedly the centre-forward has a £51m release clause. Timo is a crucial figure of the Red Bulls and also helped them to reach the Champions League quarter-finals.
However, it has emerged that Liverpool manager will look to send a centre-forward from his squad out on loan should they manage to prise the German striker away from Leipzig and that striker is Rhian Brewster.
The 20-year-old striker has spent this season out on loan at Swansea in the Championship and has impressed for the Welsh outfit so far this campaign. Rhian has vast potential and can become a top-class centre-forward if he continuous improvement.
The talented centre-forward has seen his chances at Anfield become limited due to Jurgen Klopp’s favoured attack of Firmino, Salah and Mane and it looks as though he will be sent out on loan again next campaign.
