German stopper Loris Karius has claimed that he could still play for Jurgen Klopp’s side despite being loaned out to Turkish giants Besiktas.
After making two high-profile errors in the 2018 Champions League final against the Los Blancos German stopper was loaned out to Besiktas for two years.
Despite failing to put to restore his career with the Turkish giants, Karius feels that he may still have future under Jurgen Klopp and refused to rule out a return to Liverpool.
The German is quoted by the Daily Mail as saying: “Will I play for Liverpool again? Of course it’s an option and a good option to still be there.
“Maybe I’ll play for them again, you never know. It’s still far ahead. If it’s not Liverpool, it will be another decent team, so I’m not worried about any scenario.”
Karius will have one year left on his deal with the Merseyside Reds when he returns to Anfield next summer transfer window.
Liverpool are currently on top of the Premier League table after winning eight games in eight fixtures and Adrian has been crucial for the Reds in the absence of Allison who got injured on the season opener against Norwich City,
