Man United closely monitoring La Liga versatile winger

Jose Mourinho plans to add Gareth Bale to his Manchester United squad in the summer as he builds a dream attack at Old Trafford, reports claim.

The Portuguese has made a £25million offer to lure Alexis Sanchez away from Arsenal and hopes to beat Manchester City to his signature in January.

The Portuguese tactician is determined to raid his former club Real Madrid in the summer and form a lethal front three, according to the Daily Mail.

Mourinho has already spent £75m on Romelu Lukaku, and he would love to flank the Belgium international with Sanchez and former Tottenham Hotspur man Bale, as he looks to end City’s dominance next season.

United chiefs are ready to give Mourinho a massive budget as he looks to close the gap on Pep Guardiola’s side and Bale remains his top summer target.

Chinese club Guangzhou Evergrande are believed to have made a £84m offer for his services, and United would have to spend big to bring the Wales international back to the Premier League.

Meanwhile, the Armenian attacker Henrikh Mkhitaryan was offered to Arsenal as part of the deal to bring Sanchez to Old Trafford, while the Gunners are also keen to sign alternative United target Malcolm.
