Jadon Sancho has reportedly landed himself in difficulty with Borussia Dortmund after a late return to practice with the club from international games with England.
The 19-year-old talent has been a star player for German giants in recent times, proving himself to be one of the most impressive young talents in world football.
Telegraph This has led to starlet becoming a regular in the England set-up and further seen him linked as a top transfer goal for the Red Devils.
according to the Times, his late return to Germany means he was dropped by boss Lucien Favre this weekend and also punished by the club.
Man Utd will no suspicion keep an eye on this progress, as Sancho could perhaps become a more realistic aim for them if his relationship with Dortmund ends up souring.
Of course, this may well be a one-off and not lead to enough, but Favre is told by the Times as saying: “Jadon is a great player, no discussions, but he still has a lot to learn.”
This could also be a signal to interested clubs like Man United, who might also feel it’s not worth gambling on the England international if he has problems with discipline.
